How Get us Secure collects, uses, and protects your personal data.
Get us Secure (getussecure.com) is operated from Dublin, Ireland.
When you submit the contact form, we collect: your name, email address, company name, country, sector, and the message you provide. This data is stored securely via Netlify Forms and used only to respond to your enquiry.
The optional self-assessment scorecard email collects only the email address you provide voluntarily. It is used solely to send your scorecard results and is not stored or used for any other purpose.
Providing your personal data via our contact form is voluntary. However, failure to provide the requested information may mean we are unable to respond to your enquiry.
Personal data submitted via our contact form is processed by Netlify Inc. (US) and EmailJS Inc. (US) as data processors. Email communications are handled via Google Workspace (Google LLC, US). Each operates under Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers from the EU.
Data may be transferred to the United States under Standard Contractual Clauses pursuant to EU Commission Decision 2021/914.
This website uses Umami Analytics, a cookieless, privacy-first analytics tool. Umami does not collect personal data, does not use cookies, and does not require a consent banner. No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics.
Data is processed under GDPR Article 6(1)(b) — processing necessary to respond to a pre-contractual request. For the optional scorecard email, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(a) — your explicit consent.
